Follett Aspen: Self-Service Password Reset Instructions              

What to do if you forgot your password in Aspen X2?

 

If you forgot your password, you can reset it using the Trouble Logging in selection on the Login Page

To reset your password in Aspen X2

Click on the “Trouble Logging in?” link on the Follett Aspen home screen.

The Trouble Logging in pop-up appears. Choose to retrieve your login or reset your password.

Enter your e-mail address to Recover Login ID

Enter your Login ID and click to Recover Password. An email will be sent with instructions to change your password.

Check your email account to retrieve the temporary password.

 

You will be prompted to create a new password.

Upon completion, you will be able to access your Aspen X2 account.

Contact the NVTHS Helpdesk if you have any questions or issues resetting your password.
